Q: What is the difference between Human and Synthetic hair?

A: KILLER LOX extensions are made out of 100% Human hair. Human hair can be dyed, curled, straightened, washed and styled just like your own natural hair. They are much longer lasting than synthetic hair, shed less and blend more naturally. Synthetic hair usually has an unnatural shine to it and tangles easily, while Human hair looks natural and is much more manageable

Q: What is Remy Hair?

A: Remy hair is cut and processed in such a way so that the cuticle of the hair remains intact and is aligned in a single direction to prevent tangling and to preserve the long-term life of your extensions

Q: What does Double Drawn mean?

A: Double Drawn hair means that the extensions are thick from top to bottom. Shorter hairs are removed, leaving only the longer strands- giving you the fuller, more voluminous effect that you'd expect out of high quality hair extensions

Q: What does Triple Wefted mean?

A: Tripled Wefted means that you are getting three wefts sewn together to create one much fuller weft, giving you thicker hair with fewer clips

Q: How do I care for my KILLER LOX Extensions?

A: 

 Treat your extensions as if they were your own hair!

 Comb your extensions gently, piece by piece, starting from the bottom upwards with a wide-toothed comb or a loop brush made for hair extensions!

 Brush your extensions before and after every use. Never brush your extensions when they are wet, and only use hot tools when the hair is dry.

 You don’t need to wash your extensions after every use. Only wash them when necessary (suggested every 10-12 wears) and always try your best to use a sulphate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner. Always condition, and keep in mind that conditioner contains gentle cleaning agents that can clean, while conditioning your hair, so feel free to skip the shampoo on occasion.

 Your new lox are made of 100% human hair so they may be curled, straightened and dyed, but always remember to use a heat protectant when using hot tools!

♥ Never sleep or shower with your extensions in.

♥ If you plan on swimming while wearing your extensions, tie your hair into a ponytail or braid to prevent tangling.

 

Q: Why Clip-ins over Permanent options?

A: Unlike popular permanent hair extension options like Fusions, Weaves and Micro-beads, Clip-in extensions are non-damaging, and are a much safer and healthier option with no commitment. Clip-in extensions are more affordable, easier to maintain and can be applied in a matter of minutes

Q: How long does my natural hair need to be to wear KILLER LOX hair?

A: We recommend your hair be a minimum of 10 inches to wear our clip-ins, however we understand that there are many different hair types, so if you feel that KILLER LOX will work for you, we encourage you to give them a try!

Q: How long do KILLER LOX hair extensions last?

A: Depending on how you care for your extensions and how often they are worn, KILLER LOX hair should last you anywhere between 4-12 months. If used only for 'special events', your KILLER LOX can last you years.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: After you have placed your order, your order will be shipped on the following business day (Monday- Friday). Delivery times are dependent on your location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We charge a flat rate for shipping depending on your location.

Canada and the United States: $14.99

All other International locations: $29.99

 

Q: Will I receive customs fees/taxes when I receive my order?

A: All imported packages to your country may or may not be subjected to customs fees and taxes depending on your country's customs policies. However, you are responsible for all fees, duties and taxes that you may be charged. If you have any questions regarding these fees prior to your purchase, please contact your country's customs office for more information

Q: After I've made my order, can I change my shipping address?

A: KILLER LOX offers the convenience of next day shipping to our customers. Due to our strict shipping schedule, customers must be advised that we are unable to accept address changes after your order has been placed. PLEASE make sure that you double check your shipping address to ensure that all necessary information is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your refund/exchange policy?

A: When you receive your extensions, you will notice that there is a bottom compartment to the packaging containing an individual weft of hair. You may use this weft to make sure that the extensions are a perfect colour match to your natural hair! Please do not open the main compartment until you are fully satisfied with your KILLER LOX extensions. Opening the main compartment will tear the warranty seal, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have not yet opened the main compartment, and are wanting to get a refund or make an exchange, you have 10 days to contact us from the day you received your order. In your message to us, please briefly explain why you are wanting a refund or exchange and provide us with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation that was sent via email when you first placed your order). We will then provide you with a return address for you to ship your unopened package to. The tester strip MUST be included and must be in it's original, unused condition- it may not be washed, dyed, cut, used with hot tools or tampered with in any way. ALL components of original packaging must also be included and returned in good condition. All aspects of this policy must be followed in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange

Q: Why can't I get a refund or exchange after the main compartment of the packaging has been opened?

A: Hair extensions are a hygienic product, and by opening the main compartment you acknowledge that the hair is considered used and due to hygienic reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged

Q: Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

A: You are responsible for all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Your order must be shipped back to us with an insured packet and valid tracking number (that must be provided to us once your order has been shipped). Please indicate on shipping packet "RETURN, NO DUTIES", or there is a chance that your package may be returned back to you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages, so please ensure all shipping information is correct before sending the package back to us!

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: You will receive your refund within 72 hours (during regular business days) after we have received your returned extensions
