Refunds & Exchanges



⚡ Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. ⚡

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the main compartment of the packaging that you received your KILLER LOX extensions in must not have been opened and the tester strip provided in the bottom compartment on the packaging must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. All aspects of the packaging must also be included and may not have been tampered with in any way.

To complete your return or exchange, we require your order number. You order number can be found in the confirmation email provided to you after your purchase!

Please contact us before sending any items back, in your message to us, please briefly explain why you are wanting a refund or exchange and provide us with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation that was sent via email when you first placed your order). We will then provide you with a return address for you to ship your item to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours (during regular business days). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once your item for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will provide you with a one-time use discount code to cover the cost of your new set of extensions (please do not share this code with anyone as it may only be used once), and your new order will be shipped out within 24 hours (during regular business days). **Please note that the discount code provided has an expiration of 30 days, so please make sure to use your code to order a new set within the 30 day period- we cannot provide you with another discount code after your code has expired** You will be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Your order must be shipped back to us with an insured packet and valid tracking number (that must be provided to us once your order has been shipped). Please also include your original order number in this packet.

Please indicate on shipping packet "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or there is a chance that your package may be returned back to you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages, so please ensure all shipping information is correct before sending the package back to us!
